5 rules for staying healthy |
Staying healthy is a dream that stays in everyone's eyes. Because health is a divine blessing that allows a person to perform his daily tasks well. The famous proverb, "What does the blind want?" Two eyes. In the same way, a sick man desires health.
If we look today, our hospitals are full of sick people. Every other human being seems to be suffering from some disease. If you go to mosques, after every prayer, the voice of Imam Sahib resounds to pray for the sick. After all, what is the reason that despite so many prayers, medicines, and advances in science, diseases are on the rise?
This is a separate topic, but today I want to describe some of the ways you can move from a slow and unhealthy life to a healthy and energetic life in just a few days.
Health is a sensitive issue and we as a nation are such that if a doctor is found, everyone becomes ill. And they consider it a real reward to give them indigenous tips along with contrasting foods. Even if we do not know the consequences.
According to health experts, a fairly healthy lifestyle can be adopted in the following basic ways. In just ten days you will see a change in your health. The fact is that there are many easy ways to change your health and wellness that you can start using right away. Here are some of them:
1. Do not eat food to taste or enjoy, but eat it as sustenance. That is, eat to live, not live to eat. When you eat to get a taste, you also take foods that are harmful to your health. So try to eat for energy.
2. Take short walks on a daily basis. Because with walking the extra calories burnt in your body. And there is no restriction that you just have to walk, but even if you do not like to walk, you can play any sport of your choice, such as tennis, cricket, basketball, hockey, etc.
3. Avoid sugary drinks. Drink fresh fruit juice and make that juice yourself at home. Drink plenty of water.
4. Use more vegetables than meat. You may have noticed that whenever a doctor prescribes diet, he prescribes everything except vegetables. Depending on the nature of each disease, do not eat rice or milk, do not eat large meals, do not eat anything fried, or eat certain fruits. But no vegetable forbids any disease. Also, to lose weight, using vegetables instead of meat is the best solution. You don't have to be a vegetarian but focus on vegetables instead of meat.
5. In just one verse, Allah Almighty has given us such a guiding principle of healthy living that following it can save us from many complications. Allah says:
O children of Adam, adorn yourselves with adornment at every time of worship and eat and drink and do not transgress. God does not like transgressors: ( Surah Alaraaf 31)
Five-time prayer, toothbrushing, washing your limbs with water for ablution, keeping yourself clean, applying perfume, dividing your stomach into three parts, eating one part, drinking one part water, and keeping one part empty is the key to a healthy life. There are guidelines that, if followed, can lead to a healthier life.
